pottery and the bf

i never post anymore. i know. i just usually don't feel like it. but, i have two post-worthy things to discuss.

1. the bf and i are taking a pottery class together. this is my first time EVER throwing pottery and it is such a kick in the pants! these are all my finished pieces from pottery round 1. round 2 starts on tuesday and i'm so excited! i wish i could take it 2-3 times a week. it's so fun.

2. this is the bf. he's a doll and a gem. those aren't very masculine sounding, huh. he's a ... hmmm ... i can't think of anything that won't sound inappropriate. :) he's way cool and fun and we have a great time together. here we are with his two dogs out at the salt lake one cold day. can you believe i actually have a real boyfriend? pinch me, i know. don't worry, it's not all peachy and dandy. i've never had a serious boyfriend, EVER, so i'm doing plenty of freaking out. the good thing is that, as my friend sarah pointed out, he handles me well. this does not mean you can start asking when we are getting married, unless you really want me to freak out and run away from boyfriends for a long time. :)

he drew this in the sand for us, cute, huh...
happy spring weekend!!

Yay! I'm so happy for you! And your pottery looks great. I took a pottery class in 8th grade and nothing I did looks half as good as what you have done. Enjoy round 2 and enjoy the bf!

You look Happy. I took pottery in collage. I had a lot of fun. Just relax on the BF thing. The first time I met Stillman's family Grandma Chandler gave me a hug and told me Stillman was an Excellent Lover. (she meant that he gives great hugs)If people tease you it just means they like him, and that you look Happy, It doesn't mean you have to go pick out china patterns. :) Have fun and enjoy it. Not that I would trade my kids for anything, but I miss the days when Stillman and I were dating.

Hey Liv! It sounds like things are awesome - - a boyfriend and pottery classes. It doesn't get better than that!!! The pottery is awesome looking! Those are impressive for your first time! The BF looks really familiar to me--did he go to Bountiful High?

Yay! I love throwing pots. It's absolutely amazing how a little lump of clay becomes a beautiful vessel when you put a little pressure on it. Kinda like life, eh? Glad you're happy with the boyfriend too ;)
